Hatha Yoga is an ancient discipline that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Regular practice of Hatha Yoga can increase your flexibility and physical strength, calm and focus your mind, increase immunity, reduce back pain and general stiffness, and help you toward a more balanced, peaceful and healthy life.
In our Hatha Yoga classes, we focus on traditional breathing and physical exercises, relaxation and some meditation.
