Located in Prospect Heights Brooklyn, our summer program is very different from other traditional programs, because the program aims to address the obesity, and behavioral issues of the inner city youths.
We balance self-awareness with fun and enriching martial arts activities. Providing a safe, nurturing place of supervision for children. There are opportunities to reinforce learning from school and home, teaching social skills to encourage good citizenship. This program will help youth build confidence, stand-up to peer pressure, and increase self-awareness.
