Mila Fontana

Mila discovered yoga in college when she was 20 years old; seeking to lessen backache, bad posture and the daily stress of life. As her practice grew she discovered that her connection with her inner self and the people around her deepened. Mila believes yoga is accessible to everybody, “if a student can breath, they can do yoga”. She considers herself above all a student first, and enjoys sharing her wisdom and experience with her students by guiding them through proper alignment and breath/motion awareness.

Mila completed her 200 hour teacher training at Sacred Sounds Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified Studio), and is grateful to all the teachers that have inspired and brought her into this journey.
