Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout that combines, boxing and martial arts. The 1 hour class incorporates jumping rope, calisthenics and focus pad training.

Our instructors assist each student to use proper technique, this maximizes their work out and reduces potential injuries. You are not just getting in better shape and shedding calories, you are learning proper body mechanics.

No gloves? No problem

We provide loaner boxing gloves if you don’t have your own pair, though we do recommend you bring your own hand wraps. Hand wraps not only help protect your wrist, they also absorb some of the sweat while you’re working out. Gloves and wraps are also for sale at the front desk.
